Paul brings over 25 years of senior leadership expertise of building and transforming organizations in order to achieve business objectives on a regional and global basis. Paul is currently at Pivot3 where he is responsible for the Services business covering both Customer Support and Professional Services focused on driving Customer Success. He has successfully built an organization that serves over 600 Global customers with 7000 systems deployed. He is engaged with companies ranging from Fortune 500 down to mid-sized Enterprises. Prior to Pivot3 he spent twelve years with Dell in a variety of executive roles including that of global services executive director in which he was responsible for running a $100M consulting practice focused on Data Management. In this practice his team developed new services that enabled customers to better protect, store, and manage their critical data. He worked with companies across all verticals and was engaged at the C-Level generating new mutual success for clients and the business.

In his last role at Dell, Paul was responsible for leading the integration of newly acquired backup & recovery software company, AppAssure. It grew over 400% while he engaged with sales, senior executives and strategic partners. Paul has significant experience in running pre-sales & sales teams in the Enterprise Storage space including running a global team of over 100 specialists responsible for $250M.

Earlier in his career, he held key customer facing positions with both Flextronics and Applied Materials. Paul holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) in Electronic Engineering from the University of Brighton in the United Kingdom.
